A general contractor, a property manager or a client is asking for proof of coverage before you can start. Send us the details and we issue the certificate. Most go out the same business day.
What happens next
1. You send the details
The holder's exact name and address, the job, and the endorsements they are asking for. If you have their sample certificate or contract language, attach it.
2. We check the policy
Some endorsements need to be added to the policy before they can appear on a certificate. If yours does, we tell you what it costs before we do it.
3. It goes out
The certificate goes to the holder by email and you get a copy. Same business day for a standard request.
